This policy describes how MAGHEN 21 Srls (hereinafter «Controller»), owner of the Unicum Collection brand, collects, uses and protects personal data of website visitors and guests, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

We collect personal data provided voluntarily through booking requests, direct communications (email, phone, WhatsApp) and OTA platforms: name, surname, email, phone number, identity documents (where required by law). Purpose of processing
Data is used to: manage bookings and stays; respond to information requests; comply with legal and tax obligations (e.g. guest registration, city tax); improve services through anonymous aggregate analysis.

Processing is based on the performance of a contract (booking and stay), applicable legal obligations (tax and public safety regulations) and, where applicable, the data subject's consent.
Data recipients
Data may be shared with: technical providers (hosting, PMS, booking platforms), tax consultant, competent authorities in cases provided by law. Data is not transferred to third parties for marketing purposes.

Personal data is retained for the time necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and in any case no longer than the terms provided by GDPR and applicable tax obligations.
